How to send attachments in an SAP workflow item

We have used a user decision step in an SAP workflow item. An end user, before taking a decision, wants to give an explanation through an attachment. How is it possible to send that explanation to other users?

The good news is that you can implement this functionality using standard SAP. The user simply needs to create a 'note' attachment prior to completing the work item. This note is automatically bound back into the main SAP workflow into container element "_Attach_objects". This container element, which now contains the comment entered by the user, will now be bound into any subsequent dialog task and thus the comment will appear to other users.
