How to remedy a red area in the screen

In the st02 screen, a red mark is seen frequently. Why does this happen and what kind of steps should be taken when it appears continuously?

ST02 is the setup and tuning monitor. It indicates areas where the dataload during the observation period appear to be critical for the current setup. When a section is red you should investigate the area further to see if there is a problem with the hardware or configuration; i.e., you need more memory, or the table spaces or buffers are too small.
