Do you mean how do you implement SAP BADIs? If so, this is done the same way as you would implement any others. Go to SE18, enter the name of the BADI (i.e.,BADI_SD_SALES_ITEM).

Note that in later versions of SAP, you should choose "classic BADI." Go to "implementation" and click on "create". Create the implementation and then activate it. For further information, you should read the general SAP help on BADIs. You may also find information in the "Systems Modification" node in Implementation Guide for R/3 Customizing.
