I am getting an "IC WebClient error". What needs to be enabled in CRM to launch IC WebClient?

you need to enable HTML debugging for the CRM_IC BSP application. Go to transaction SICF > Maintain > Activate Debugger. Go to transaction SE80 > Utilities > Settings > In the following dialog box for user specific settings the embedded tab HTML DEBUGGER on the tab ABAP Editor should be chosen. Here you can activate the HTML debugger globally for each user. Now you can start debugging the application.
