Hide employee data with an infotype in Internal Data

Learn how to hide employee data with an infotype in Internal Data for SAP HR. Expert Brian Stewart advises a user who is having problems with this procedure to apply an OSS Note.

In IT32 - Internal Data, I'm trying to hide all information with the exception of the previous pern. number. I go under Change Screen Modification - MP0032, and I hide all the fields with the exception of the person. When I go back to the infotype, the asset number still shows. How can I hide that field also?
I tried this on our R/3 Enterprise test system and it works just fine. Do you know if you are up to date with support stacks? This should work, so I'll suggest sending an OSS note because it seems to be a bug on your side. You are doing it correctly.
