Errors with uploading patches in 4.7
While uploading the application/Basis patches in the system version 4.7, the system is giving errors, i.e.:

R3TRMSAGVL was repaired in this system

What should I do to rectify the problem?

The message is telling you that somehow that particular object was changed from the SAP standard version. You can fix that easily by either releasing a transport that might be holding a lock on the object or by using SE03 -> Objects -> Display Repaired Objects and finally use 'Reset repair flag'. After that you can resume the import of the support packages.
