Errors with TP configuration

Please take a look at my code. Here PRO is my SAPSID and when I tried to check the TP configuration I ended with the following messages.

meaning: could not access file as supposed (see SLOG for more details)

What happens if you use 'tp connect pf=TP_DOMAIN_.PFL' ( should be the of the Transport Management domain controller). In addition, always execute tp from within the TRANSDIR/bin directory.
