Error in MOVE-CORRESPONDING functionality

I need to simulate the MOVE-CORRESPONDING functionality available in ERP2005.

MOVE-CORRESPONDING 'is_data' to 'is_key'.
Here 'is_data' is of type ANY.
'is_key' is a local structure.

Data 'is_key' type 'ts_key'.
* 'ts_key' is a local type

This is the same code I run in ERP 4.6c but here it shows error is_data is not a table.

The system most likely thinks that 'ts_key' is a table type.
