Error accessing application

I created two connection poolings with different names, but they share resources such as theClient, theUser, thePassword, hostname, etc. These connections will be used by two different application directories separately. I tried to access the application from directory 1, but for the second application, I got the following error:

Error on tomcat console:

JCO.classInitialize(): Could not load middleware layer 'com.sap.mw.jco.rfc.MiddlewareRFC Native Library C:WINDOWSsystem32jRFC12.dll already loaded in another classloader.
You must put the JCo jar file and DLL in the common directory of your app server (where stuff like XML parsers etc. is located).
