Erroneous data showing at transaction level

In CRM at transaction level, the screen shows erroneous data, ex: only question marks are displayed at the top of the screen in first time just after the installation.
The version and support package level of CRM is required to find a solution to the above issue. The first step is to generate all the objects. My hope is that generation may solve the above issue. Otherwise, this could be resulting from no maintenance of authorization default values for transactions. Go to transaction SU22 and see what default authorizations are maintained for the transaction for which only "??" marks are displayed in the transaction type description as mentioned in the question.
