Enterprise Portal 5.0 configuration guides for mySAP CRM 4.0
I am involved in SAP CRM 4.0 Channel Management implimentation for a telecom industry. Can you please guide me on how to gather resources about configuration? We are using EP 5.0. We do not have any configuration guides available in SAP best practices. Portal design is over, but backend configurations are pending. Kindly help us get through this.
