I'm not sure if you're referring to SRM Server 5.0 or SRM Server 5.5. SRM Server 5.0 is supported via R/3 Enterprise x200.

Your best bet is to follow up with the SAP Service Marketplace to review any platform restrictions for AIX, Oracle.
