Copying clients

I am working on a client's training system. I had copied the standard client 800 to client 400. However we discovered that all the data needed for training does not exist in the 800 client. I later discovered that there is a file on a CD that may contain the full data.

I am working on a client's training system. I had copied the standard client 800 to client 400. However we discovered...

that all the data needed for training does not exist in the 800 client. I later discovered that there is a file on a CD that may contain the full data.

The CD has the file MANDT400.sar.

Its a preconfigured client for import as 400.

Is possible to import the client (400) on disk as say client 500?

Better yet, you can create client 500 as a copy of your existing 400. Then, import client 400 from file MANDT400.SAR. This way, you won't have problems with the logical system and internal tables that hard code the client number.
