Consolidated delivery from two R/3 instances

We are running an environment with one CRM (3.1) and two R/3 (4.6b) instances as fulfillment systems. My question is regarding the delivery functionality: How could we process a consolidated delivery from the two R/3 systems so that the customer only gets one delivery?

Please read the SAP CRM documentation for extended order management. It was not clear from your question whether the intention is to use two systems to do delivery but the customer to receive the one delivery document. Is billing for the deliveries done in two R/3 systems or only one R/3 system? The above information would help me in answering the question.
