Configuring a RFC destination to a JCo Server

How do I configure a RFC destination to a JCo Server? I built example #7 that comes with the JCo connector. I suppose I have to call it from an ABAP program with the statement "CALL FUNCTION STFC_CONNECTION DESTINATION <DEST???>..." but I don't know how to configure that destination of the Server in sm59. What kind of RFC connection is it and what parameters does it needs to work?

Create a TCP/IP destination of type Registration and set appropriate gateway parameters (only available through the menu of SM59).
