Q

Changing languages for email

I have a request to send out an email notification based on the country of the business partner. However, I don't want to have to maintain a condition with a list of languages, so I was hoping that I could set the task dynamically based of a parameter. Example: French is ts9320001 and German is ts9320002 and the parameter is DE I want to send ts9320001. Do you have a solution to this?

Yes, you can do this by setting an expression in the step properties of a workflow step. This expression should contain the task that you wish to execute which can be determined in a condition in the previous step.
