Changing employee data after a leaving action
How can I stop a data change or any other actions for an employee if his leaving action is done? Can I restrict a few actions once leaving action is done?

Sure, you get as specific as you want by using the customer function HRBAS001. That's probably the easiest way, since you can define rules on the fly or in general based on the EE's status and/or last action.
