Changing a customer message priority level after it's sent

I mistakenly sent a customer message with the wrong priority level. How can I change the priority level of the message sent?

There is no way to change the priority of the customer message once it is sent to SAP.

The only option remaining is to email or call the hotline number of local Support Customer Interaction. You can find the details in SAP note 560499.
