us a lot of grief. The situation is that we can create and save shopping baskets which have no errors. However, no purchase orders are being created in EBP or in the back end. We get a message that says, "Item in transfer process," which we have not been able to resolve. Have you ever come across this situation? Would you have any ideas on how to resolve this?
Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide much analysis as I don't know which scenario your organization is implementing -- classic or extended classic.
Typically when the "Item in transfer process" message is encountered, there are one or two issues. In a classic environment it could be a result of jobs not running, or a error in the actual data within the shopping cart fields that is trying to post to R/3.
In an extended classic environment if the PO is not being created, a configuration issue jumps out with this error. Check your organization structure for the back-end document and system assignment. Also check your IMG setting for "Document in backend for product category" assignment.
Were you able to create POs before? Is this for a new product category? Have you checked the "Administrator console" to see if there are any errors reported? Check RZ20 as well for errors.
Hope this helps.
