Can you replace the default SAPGUI picture?

Can you replace the default SAPGUI picture?

I know that you can use SM30 (HIDE_START_IMAGE=YES) or S000 extras settings to turn off the default SAPGUI picture. Is there a way to replace the picture with my own bitmap?
