The way we do Workshop is as following:
a) Send CRM Questionnaire to customer who requested Workshop.
b) Evaluate the answers to the Questionnaire.
c) Set up Teleconference to discuss more details if any.
d) Decide the workshop Items and live demos.
e) Set up a workshop date and time.
f) Send workshop agenda to the customer.
