Standard SAP Enterprise portal role(s) have corresponding single roles in the CRM system. Maintain single role(s) in CRM system if the portal role(s) are not standard SAP delivered portal roles but custom portal roles. Assign the single roles to the user (CRM user) in transaction SU01. Please keep in mind there is no direct technical relationship between CRM single roles and the portal roles. There is an indirect relationship via the CRM user to which the single roles and portal roles are assigned.
