COM objects and the .NET connector
I have a COM object that also has an XML interface. I have no SAP knowledge, so I don't even know what categories to look at here. Where should I start looking?

I need to:

  • Call the COM object from a SAP R/3 4.7 Business Workplace client
  • Route received messages from the program to specific Business Workplace inboxes.
  • Retrieve information from the Business Distribution List

Is the .NET Connector what I need?

Yes, you need the .NET Connector. And you need someone to work with who does have SAP knowledge.
