Business Content is provided to speed up and reduce development time by using the pre-packaged and delivered templates. It is possible that in many cases you won't be able to use Business Content as it is by just installing it. SAP has included a variety of objects and templates to achieve most of the standard functionalities through business content. But business processes and analytics vary across companies. For this reason, a lot of customization will be required to build a reporting solution. In many cases, companies might choose to have custom-developed applications rather than with Business Content.
