Automatic translation within SAP

I would like to know if SAP can handle translation of texts. If I create a long text in a sales document in English, can I translate it to Spanish without having to manually create the translated version in Spanish? If not, do you know if SAP will offer such a translation feature in future?

All translation must be done manually through SE63. Will SAP ever have automated translation? I doubt it, but maybe if Babelfish was bundled with it?
