actually exist if you have both CRM module and the SD module implemented? If so, how are they synchronized?
The answer is Yes. Two physical databases exists in SAP R/3 and in CRM. SAP provides Middleware technology that does the synchronization work. SAP uses QRFC technology for Customer master data download and delta download from R/3 to CRM. The same QRFC is used to upload to R/3 changes done in CRM for all Customer master data that exists in both CRM and R/3. The sync is real time.
