Approving workflows from Outlook

I am implementing a workflow for requisition approval and would like the user to be able to approve/reject it from within Outlook (using ECC 6.0). I am approving the requisition at the header level but would like for the user to be able to see requisition items (and attachments) in the e-mail as well.

There are many solutions out there for SAP/email integration. While I am not overly familiar with it, I believe MS/SAP's Duet will let you do this. Also, 3i's Desktop Workplace (http://www.desktopworkplace.com) will do this too.
