Allow remote user support to reset password only

We have a remote user support that does first level support like resetting a password. We do not want to give them the whole SU01, just the resetting of a password, is there a way to do this?

We have a remote user support that does first level support like resetting a password. We do not want to give them the whole SU01, just the resetting of a password, is there a way to do this?
You need to add authorization object S_USER_GRP with activities 03 and 05 so that the support group can reset passwords only. You can simply add SU01 to one of their existing roles or create a special role that allows SU01. Then, you need to deactivate all authorization objects associated with SU01 and leave S_USER_GRP active with permissions 03 and 05. See snapshot below:
