ALE used to distribute international personnel data to local systems

I would like use ALE to distribute international personnel data from the HR corporate system to the local systems. However, we'd also like the local systems to be able to create and maintain their own local infotypes on their system. Is this possible?

Absolutely. I haven't actually tried to do what you are doing, but it shouldn't be a problem. If you are worried about the "controlling system" type flags that are created for G/L accounts, then I can understand, but I do not believe those exist for HR. Even if they exist you can certainly write your own inbound function module on the receiving system side in order to solve the problem.
