ABAP programmer working toward CRM consulting career

A soon-to-be ABAP programmer wonders about the best path to become a mySAP CRM consultant.

I am joining in an organization as an ABAP programmer. However, for the past year I have been in a CRM implementation program. After Go-Live, I am providing support also. I want to learn the functional and technical details more so that I can justify myself as a CRM consultant. Can you suggest what should be best for me at this point of my career?
I would suggest you take a SAP CRM Internet Sales application course. An ISA consultant needs techno functional skills. I think your ABAP experience will help in picking up the ISA skills quickly.
