I have been working with Siebel for the past five years, and the last two years of which as functional consultant. How do I make the change from Siebel to a functional consultant career in SAP CRM?

You will have a smooth transition from Siebel to SAP CRM as you already worked as a functional consultant. I would advise you to get the required training and go for certification. Please note that SAP CRM comes with standard integration with SAP ERP. It pays to learn SAP ERP and the integration between these two systems. I would also recommend learning the fundamentals of the SAP BW system.
